Sticky Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Season the chicken wings with the rub, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle the baking powder evenly.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and add the wings.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Mix the maple syrup and BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and place it in a large bowl, drizzling the maple BBQ sauce over it.
- Place the coated chicken back onto the sheet pan and bake for an additional 5 minutes until fully cooked.
- For air fryer method, season the wings and coat with baking powder, then spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Cook in the air fryer at 320 degrees for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Drizzle with maple BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes in the air fryer.
