  • 1 tsp Cumin (for Mexican flavor)
  • 1 tsp Chili powder (for Mexican flavor)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (for Italian flavor)
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder (for Italian flavor)
  • ½ tsp Onion powder (for Italian flavor)
  • 2 tsp Furikake (for Asian flavor)
  • 2 tsp Jerk seasoning (for Caribbean flavor)
  • 3 tbsp Cheddar cheese powder (for Nacho Cheese flavor)
  • 2 tbsp Hot sauce (for Flamin' Hot flavor)
  • 2 tbsp Buttermilk powder (for Sour Cream and Onion flavor)
  • 4 tsp Lime juice (for Chili Lime flavor)
  • 2 tsp Chili powder (for Chili Lime flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (149°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the kale thoroughly to ensure crispiness.
  3. Remove the tough stems from the kale leaves and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Spread the kale on the baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and massage until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and any desired seasonings.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.
