Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and self-rising flour, mixing well.
- Knead the dough by hand until it's manageable; add a little extra flour if too sticky.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts and shape each into a bagel.
- Press your chosen seasonings into the dough or brush with an egg wash before adding toppings.
- Place the bagels on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
