Instructions
- Break down the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder, then form into two patties.
- In another bowl, mix corn starch, paprika, flour, and club soda until smooth.
- Heat two pans, one for the beef patties and one for the fried cheese, both on medium heat.
- Add olive oil to both pans as required.
- Coat the provolone cheese lightly with all-purpose flour, then dredge in the corn starch mixture.
- Fry the cheese for 3 minutes on each side.
- Cook the beef patties for 3 minutes on each side.
- Assemble the burger by adding lettuce and tomato to the kaiser roll, then stack the patties and fried cheese.
