Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

The Brussels Sprouts

Organic Valley Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and halved or quartered
The Seasoning and Toppings

Tbsp.
Organic Valley Butter or Ghee, melted

garlic, minced

sea salt

black pepper

Organic Valley Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Organic Prairie bacon, roughly chopped and cooked to crisp
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and prepare a baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts cut side up on the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bacon pieces.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until tender and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped fresh chives and cracked black pepper if desired.
