Rosemary Apple Chicken

The marinade

Instructions
- Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Drizzle the chicken with oil and vinegar, then sprinkle it with salt.
- Arrange the sliced apples around the chicken in the baking dish.
- Place the sprigs of rosemary under the chicken.
- Bake at 350°F for 90 minutes, until the chicken is browned on the outside.
- Serve the chicken with the apples.
