Instructions
- Whisk together eggs and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Melt white chocolate chips and semi-sweet cocoa chips in a small pan over medium heat with butter.
- Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture and whisk.
- Add pancake mix, cocoa powder, baking powder, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in milk until the batter is smooth.
- Fold in melted butter and ½ cup of Reese’s peanut butter chips.
- Preheat the waffle maker and pour batter into it, cooking for 3 to 4 minutes or until done.
- Top the cooked waffles with remaining peanut butter chips and powdered sugar, and serve hot with syrup.
