Ingredients

Waffle Batter

  • cup Pancake Mix
  • 6 oz Semi Sweet Cocoa Chips
  • 2 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup Hershey’s Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 3 Large Brown Organic Eggs
  • 1 cup Organic Milk
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Pure Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • ¾ cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips

Toppings

  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • to taste Syrup

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs and brown sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and semi-sweet cocoa chips in a small pan over medium heat with butter.
  3. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture and whisk.
  4. Add pancake mix, cocoa powder, baking powder, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl and whisk until smooth.
  5. Stir in milk until the batter is smooth.
  6. Fold in melted butter and ½ cup of Reese’s peanut butter chips.
  7. Preheat the waffle maker and pour batter into it, cooking for 3 to 4 minutes or until done.
  8. Top the cooked waffles with remaining peanut butter chips and powdered sugar, and serve hot with syrup.
