Caramilk baking chips

Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt) in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the sugars, oil, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until smooth, then fold in the Caramilk and chocolate chips.
- Form 16 balls of dough and place them on a lined baking tray, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges firm up.
- Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
