Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • cup oil of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup Caramilk baking chips
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt) in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the sugars, oil, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until smooth, then fold in the Caramilk and chocolate chips.
  4. Form 16 balls of dough and place them on a lined baking tray, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges firm up.
  6. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
