Ingredients

The vegetables

  • 12 oz French Green Beans (haricot vert) or any fresh green beans
  • 9 oz Grape Tomatoes or cherry tomatoes

The seasoning

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

The garnish

  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Rinse the green beans and pat them dry, then place them on a baking sheet with the tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Toss the vegetables gently to coat them with the oil and spices, spreading them out in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then stir and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the green beans are slightly charred and the tomatoes are soft.
