Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Pat dry the haddock filets and season them with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, olive oil, lemon, garlic, and thyme, then pour over the baking dish.
- Place the haddock filets on top of the mixture, pushing it aside.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
