Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil and nonstick spray.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the flour and salt, reserving 1 cup of the mixture for later.
- Press the remaining dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until set.
- Melt the caramels with sweetened condensed milk and butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Add vanilla and a pinch of salt to the melted caramel and drizzle over the crust.
- Sprinkle the white and semisweet chocolate chips, toffee bits, and pecans over the caramel layer.
- Crumble the reserved dough over the top and return to the oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbling.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
