Instructions
- Shred the red cabbage, carrots, radishes, onion, fennel, and bell pepper using a food processor or box shredder.
- Transfer the shredded vegetables into a large salad bowl.
- Add chopped cilantro and peanuts, then gently toss the ingredients together.
- Zest and juice the mandarins into a small bowl.
- Add olive oil, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and agave syrup to the juice and whisk until smooth.
