Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and lemon extract, then mix with the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Grease a large mug or deep bowl and pour in the batter.
- Microwave for at least 50 seconds or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake cools, prepare the glaze by mixing all the glaze ingredients until desired consistency, then top the cake.
